CEREBRART - REFLECTION II.jpg

This CEREBRART work interprets allegorically the Reflection phase "One More Time" - as the core concept of Reflection is about repeating the game a few times!

P.S. The zebrafish, Danio rerio, embryonic brain development (vide infra) has nothing to do with any esoteric interpretation. But I am very grateful for any interesting comments and even esoteric interpretations of my humble scientific-artistic CEREBRART artworks!

  1. This CEREBRART - REFLECTION II is reflected in archetypical figures of mythology: the star and uroboros which reflects Starlight of Ancient Times and recapitulates both an individual's psychological growth from childhood to adulthood and the biological evolution of the human brain including fish/reptilian stages...

  2. It's not esoteric. The Uroboros metaphor is quite appropriate here. A Chilean biologist, philosopher, and neuroscientist Francisco Javier Varela García chose a symbol of the Uroboros swallowing its own tail as a symbol for self-reference - the ceaseless circular process which is, in fact, the symbol which tradition has chosen to represent the reflection.
